Q1.Can we get some samples? Any charges? Do you refund the sample charge?
Yes, we can offer clean sample with free charges, for customized sample,we will charge a little cost according to requirement. We will refund sample charge once order qty reach to 5000pcs.
Q2.How long can I get a sample and how long is the mass production lead time ?
Sample time: 3-5days, production lead timeis usually about 12-15 working days.
Q3.How can you guarantee your quality? If we don't satisfied your quality,how will you do?
Normally we make samples for you to confirm everything, and production will be same as samples.If you worried about the quality problems,you can place the order through trade assurance,it can guarantee the quality and delivery, If any qualitydiscrepancy, will help you and return the money to you.
Q4.Can I print & customize the box with my own artwork?
Yes, we are specialized in all sort of customization with the box printing, we can print your own artwork/design on the boxes.
Q5.How do I make sure the product look like once produced?
Usually we do work on digital proofs with 2D & 3D view for approval so that makes everything clear what exactly the box will look like once it is produced and assembled. And for large orders we send a physical box to make sure everything should be printed as per requirements.
